On Vocational and Technical Competence of Vocational Education Teachers and Its Cultivation

摘要 依据职教教师的专业形象,其能力领域可以概括为四个子领域:专业知识与能力,专业教学知识与能力,职业教育知识与能力和专业发展能力。职业技术能力是针对"专业知识与能力"领域中应用性职业实践知识、职业工作分析与评价能力及职业实践能力三方面所提出的能力要求。基于对职教教师能力现状的分析,职业技术能力是职教教师必备各项能力的基础,也是职教教师迫切需要提升的能力。在教师教育中,职业技术能力包含职业技术理论、职业技术实践和职业工作研究等内容。关于职业技术能力培养实施,需在职教师资专业的培养方案、师资队伍、校内外实习基地、校企合作等方面进行有针对性地建设。 According to the professional profile of vocational education teachers, their competence can be summarized as four subfields: professional knowledge and competence, vocational teaching knowledge and competence, vocational education knowledge and competence, and professional development competence. Vocational and technical competence, aiming at the subfield of "professional knowledge and competence", refers to the three aspects of competence requirements such as applied vocational practice knowledge, vocational work analysis and its evaluation, and vocational practice competence. Based on the analysis of competence situation of vocational teachers, vocational and technical competence, which should be possessed by them and also needs to have been improved urgently in recent years, is the foundation of all other essential competences. The contents of vocational and technical competence in vocational teacher education include three parts such as vocational and technical theory, vocational and technical practice, and vocational work research. The implementation of contents for vocational and technical competence needs correspondingly the pertinent construction in the aspects of educational program, teaching staff, inside and outside practice bases, university-enterprise cooperation.
