民国学人对农业职业教育的反思与理想构建

Rethinking and Ideal Construction of Agricultural Vocational Education by Scholars of the Republic of China

通过调查,民国学人认为当时的农业职业教育存在诸多严重问题,研究缺乏、理论导向不明确,课程设置、教材、教法等不适合实际需要是造成这些问题的原因。在此基础上,他们提出明确办学目的、改革课程设置、规范教材编写、严格训练师资、改善教学方法、扩大农业职教影响、增加经费投入等建议,力图构建理想的农业职业教育蓝图,以发挥职业教育在农村发展中的作用。其设想虽然在当时并不一定能够完全实现,但也可为当前农村职业教育发展提供借鉴与启示。

Based on investigation and understanding, scholars of the Republic of China held that there were many serious problems in agricultural vocational education and summarized the causes of these problems. On this basis, they suggested setting clear school-running objectives, reforming curriculums, standardizing the compilation of teaching materials, optimizing teaching methods and expanding the influence of agricultural vocational education, to draw an ideal blueprint for agricultural vocational education and give play to the role of vocational education in the development of rural areas. Though it might be impossible to implement their ideas fully at that time, we can still find references and inspiration from them for current agricultural vocational education.
