天然气长输管道焊接质量无损检测管理探析 被引量:3

摘要 保证天然气长输管道系统安全性的主要因素在于焊接质量,无损检测是焊接质量控制中非常重要的环节和措施。阐述了无损检测工作流程和常用的检测手段以及检测前、检测中和检测后3个阶段如何加强无损检测质量管理。通过分析某天然气管道项目无损检测的统计结果,指出,天然气长输管线焊缝缺陷大部分是圆形和条形缺陷,缺陷发生位置主要在仰焊位置。要合理选择无损检测方法、检测时机,加强检测过程的质量控制。 The main factor to ensure the safety of long-distance natural gas pipeline system is the welding quality, and nondestructivetesting is a very important link and measures in the welding quality control. This paper describes the working process of nondestruc-tive testing, the commonly used detection methods and how to strengthen the quality management of nondestructive testing before, inand after nondestructive testing. By analyzing the nondestructive testing results of a natural gas pipeline project, it is pointed out thatthe weld defects of long distance natural gas pipelines are mostly circular and strip defects, and they appear mainly in overhead weld-ing positions. It is necessary to choose the reasonable nondestructive testing method and testing time to strengthen the quality controlof the testing process.
