摘要
对比了30CrMoA和35CrMoA HL级抽油杆的化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击性能及疲劳性能。结果表明:35CrMoA的强度较30CrMoA高,冲击功、伸长率、断面收缩率均低于30CrMoA;30CrMoA的室温疲劳寿命约是35CrMoA的2倍,低温疲劳寿命是35CrMoA的5倍。因此,2种常用的抽油杆中30CrMoA的综合性能更优。
The chemical composition, tensile properties, impact properties and fatigue properties of 30CrMoA sucker rod were com-pared with those of 35CrMoA HL sucker rod. It is shown that, the strength of 35CrMoA is higher than that of 30CrMoA, its impactenergy, elongation ratio and section shrinkage ratio were lower than those of 30CrMoA; the fatigue life of 30CrMoA at room tempera-ture is about 2 times that of 35CrMoA, and its fatigue life at low temperature is 5 times that of 35CrMoA. Therefore, the comprehen-sive performance of 30CrMoA sucker rod is better.
