摘要
阐述了水平井射孔枪定位精度检测与评价方法。分析了SY/T 5562—2016《油气井用射孔枪》标准中水平井射孔枪水平定位动作试验方法、评价方法存在的问题,提出了在给定转速条件下测量水平井射孔枪水平定位误差的方法,并对现场使用水平井射孔枪进行了水平定位误差测试,表明不同旋转速度条件下定位误差差异很大,给出了更加合理的检验方法、评价方法。希望有助于标准的修订。
The positioning precision inspection and Evaluation methods of perforating guns used on horizontal wells （PGHW） were e-laborated. The problems in the test method and the evaluation method of the horizontal well perforating gun positioning in the stan-dard of SY/T 5562--2016 ＂perforating gun for oil and gas well＂ are analyzed, and a horizontal well perforating gun horizontal posi-tioning error measuring method at given rotary speed is proposed. The on-site horizontal positioning error of horizontal well perforatinggun is tested, and it is shown that the horizontal positioning error of horizontal well perforating gun is very different under different ro-taring speed. A more reasonable horizontal positioning error inspection and evaluation method of horizontal well perforating gun isgiven, which is hoped to contribute to the revision of the standard.
