完井液悬浮固体质量浓度检测用滤膜预处理方法的改进

摘要 纤维素酯微孔滤膜主要用于悬浮固体质量浓度的测定,使用前要进行浸泡、清洗、压平、烘干至恒重等预处理,步骤较多、耗时长。采用微波炉代替烘箱恒重滤膜,使清洗后的滤膜快速烘干,缩短了预处理滤膜的时间、提高了测试效率。实验证明,微波炉烘干滤膜的时间为(3+2)min,恒重的时间由原来的6 h缩短至1.8 h,恒重后的滤膜放在干燥器中备用且48 h内质量不会发生变化。微波炉烘干的滤膜和烘箱烘干的滤膜对实验结果的影响不大,可以忽略不计。 Cellulose ester microporous membrane is mainly used for the determination of mass concentration of suspended solid. Be-fore use the pretreatment of it is necessary, that is, soaking, washing, pressing, drying to constant weight, and it includes many stepsand takes a long time. The microwave oven was used to replace oven making the filter membrane constant weight to shorten the pre-treatment time of membrane and improve the test efficiency of mass concentration of suspended solid. The experimental results showthat the time of microwave oven drying the membrane is (3+2) min, and the pretreatment time of constant weight is shortened from 6 hto 1.8 h. The dried membrane is placed in the dryer waiting for use, and its weight will not change in 48 h. Therefore, microwaveoven can be completely used to replace cake oven for drying the filter membrane.
