摘要
清水混凝土以其节约工程成本、提高工程质量、改善企业管理水平等优点,自20世纪90年代后期以来,在技术研究及工程应用方面得到了长足发展。为了更好地促进清水混凝土科学研究与工程应用水平的提高,结合多个清水混凝土工程实践成果,开展了针对清水混凝土黑斑、裂纹、气泡、分层、砂线等重要质量通病的研究,对清水混凝土质量通病的成因及应对措施进行了系统分析,形成了有针对性的研究成果。工程实践表明,依据清水混凝土质量通病及应对措施研究成果可以有效避免多种质量通病的发生、很好地提高清水混凝土施工质量。
With its saving project cost, improving the quality of engineering, improving enterprise management level, etc, fair-faced concrete got rapid development in the technology research and engineering application since the late 1990s. In order to better promote the improvement of scientific research and engineering application of fair-faced con- crete, co,nbined with a plurality of engineering practice results of fair-faced concrete, the research on important quality faults tor fair-laced concrete, spots, cracks, bubbles, layered, sand line was carried out, and the causes and the counter- measures of common quality fault of fair-faced concrete was systemly analyzed, which formed a targeted research results. Engineering practice shows that the research results can effectively avoid the occurrence of a variety of quality problems, and improve the construction quality of fair-faced concrete.
