低温环境下麦秸秆灰改性碳纤维混凝土性能试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥、中砂和碎石为主要原材料,以麦秸秆灰和碳纤维为掺合料,配制了麦秸秆灰改性碳纤维混凝土,并在冬季室外低温环境下测定了该混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、电学性能和热学性能。试验结果表明,麦秸秆灰的掺量越大,混凝土的工作性能越差;但麦秸秆灰对碳纤维混凝土综合性能的提升有利,其中,20%掺量的麦秸秆灰对0.4%体积含量碳纤维混凝土的改性效果最佳。 P. O42.5 sand and gravel were used as the main raw materials, straw ash and carbon fiber were used as the admixture to prepared modified carbon fiber-wheat straw ash concrete, the mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties were tested under the winter cold environment. The results showed that the content of wheat straw ash more, the performance of the concrete worse; the straw ash has a good impact on the comprehensive strength of concrete. The 20% content straw ash to 0.4% volume content of carbon fiber reinforced concrete has the best effect.
