摘要
非生物胁迫通常是引起辣椒生理病害的主要原因,其主要包括温度胁迫、水分胁迫和盐胁。综述了这三种胁迫对辣椒的生理生化特性影响的研究进展,以及在胁迫下辣椒体内的渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性系统和质膜透性是如何变化的,从而为选育抗逆性强的品种提供一定的理论依据。
Usually, abiotic stress is a main cause of hot pepper physiological diseases, and the abiotic stress mainly includes the temperature stress, water stress and salt stress. In this paper, the research progress in the three stresses' impact on physiological and biochemical characteristics of hot pepper is reviewed about how to change in the activity of antioxidant enzyme system, plasma membrane permeability, and osmotic regulation substances in the pepper under the abiotic stress, so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of resistance varieties in hot pepper.
