高职院校知识产权管理存在问题及其对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges Intellectnal Property Management

知识产权管理是高校科技管理中的重要工作之一,由于历史较短,高职院校的知识产权管理普遍存在着基础较为薄弱,水平较低,评价机制和组织架构不够健全等不足。应强化政府对知识产权管理工作的指导,加强高职院校知识产权管理体系建设,完善知识产权评价和激励机制,深化产学研结合以挖掘知识产权创造能力,这样才能提升高职院校知识产权管理水平及其创造能力,进而提升高职院校的办学水平。

Intellectual property rights management is one of the most important works in the university of science and technology manage- ment. Due to the short history, it still has some shortcomings, like the poor foundation, the low level, the imperfect evaluation mechanism and organizational structure and so on. We should strengthen the right of the government to guide the work of intellectual property manage- ment, intensify the construction of intellectual property management system in high vocational technical college, improve the intellectual property evaluation and incentive mechanism, and deepen the creative ability in the integration of production- learning- research. It aims to promote the intellectual property management level and its creation ability, thus raising the education levels and ability in high vocational technical college.
