论高职院校青年教师科研实操能力的培养

摘要 高职院校的青年教师是学校的新生力量,是学校教学和管理的主体与先锋,青年教师的科研创作水平决定了高职院校的科研水平和持续性发展的潜能。高职院校的发展迫切需要青年教师科研能力的快速成长。由于青年教师走上工作岗位的时间较短,从学生向教师角色转换,对科研实践缺乏感性认识和实践操作经验,科研技能相对缺乏,亟待提高科研实操能力。在青年教师科研实操能力的培养中应注重多渠道开拓思路和资料搜集与整理,并通过培训、观摩、自学等来学习科研方法,只有这样才能使青年教师的科研能力得到不断的培养,从而逐步提升他们的科研能力。 Young teachers in vocational colleges are the newly emerging forces, playing a main role in the teaching and management of the col- leges. The science research ability of the young teachers determines the integral level of the science research and the capacity of the sustain- able development of vocational colleges. Since the young teachers have been working for a short time and their knowledge, skills and practical experience of science research is inadequate, their practical ability needs to be improved desperately. This paper puts forward that the science research ability of the young teachers can be gradually developed by expanding ways of thinking and material - searching, and mastering the science research methods through all the available resources.
