高职院校大学生勤工助学状况调查与思考——以南通科技职业学院为例

Researches and Reflections on College Students' Work-study Practice——A Case Study of Nantong College of Science and Technology

勤工助学作为大学生参与社会实践的重要形式,是大学生发挥自身潜能,努力实现自我价值的需要。采用问卷调查、访谈等形式,以某职业技术学院为例,对大学生勤工助学状况进行调查,发现大学生在勤工助学中存在助学岗位类型单一、社会支持力度不大、学校主体作用发挥不到位、思想育人功能被忽视等问题,应完善制度做好服务,实践育人与思想育人并举,丰富助学岗位,并鼓励大学生创业等多举措并举,才能更好地做好大学生勤工助学工作。

Taking part - time job while studying, as a major form of college students＂ social practice, can tap college students＇ potential and realize their value. This essay investigates students＇ work- study practice of a vocational college through questionnaire survey and interview. The essay also points out the problems like scarce job types, weak social support, omission of the principal role of colleges, and lack in ideo- logical education. Suggestions are made as follows： perfect the system to support the work- study program, combine social practice with ide- ological education, enrich part- time job types, and encourage the students start their own business.
