摘要
当前高校实验队伍建设存在结构不合理,难以满足实验岗位需要,不稳定,作用不强等诸多问题。实验室要发展,离不开实验技术人员的奉献,只有以人为本,把人放在第一位,尊重人,给人尊严,重视实验技术人员的价值,在人际关系上下功夫,使关系更加协调和谐,营造积极奋进、向上发展的实验室文化氛围,才能做到人尽其才,发挥最大潜力,才能整体提高实验技术队伍的水平,才能以创新驱动实验室发展,使高校实验室的发展上新台阶。
Problems including unbalanced structure, inability to meet the needs of experimental jobs, instability and weak functions are now found in the construction of university experimental technical teams. The development of any laboratory relies on the dedication of its techni- cal personnel. Only by holding the ideas of humanism,i.e., putting people at the first place, giving them respect and esteem, attaching im- portance to their work value, creating more coordinating and harmonious interpersonal relations and generating an active and positive atmos- phere, can everybody fully display his talents and realize his full potential. In this way, the general level of experimental technical teams can he improved, which will encourage innovation and drive the development of university laboratories to higher levels.
