新常态下湖州市供应链金融物流运作机理研究

Research on Operational Mechanism of Supply Chain Finance Logistics in Huzhou Under the New Normal Period

供应链金融物流作为"物流+金融"创新融合发展机制,是经济发展新常态下湖州市推动和实现现代物流与金融服务创新发展的必由路径。选择动产质押和权利质押两种模式作为切人点,分析了经济发展新常态下湖州市供应链金融物流运作机理。建议政府部门应建立健全市场征信体系,金融机构要健全信用分级和评估机制,物流企业和中小微企业则应努力积累自身信用、提高偿债能力,从而促进湖州市供应链金融物流的健康发展。

As an innovative development mechanism of ＂logistics ＋ finance＂, supplying chain logistics finance will be the path to realize inno- vative development of modern logistics and financial service in Huzhou under the new normal period of economic development. In this paper, chattel mortgage and warehouse receipt pledge are chosenas the breakthrough point of the development of supply chain logistics finance in Huzhou under the new normal period of economic development. Some corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to promote the development of supply chain logistics finance in Huzhou from the following four aspects, namely government should establish the market credit system, financial institutions should establish credit grading and evaluation mechanism, logistics enterprises and small and medium-- sized enterprise should be made efforts to accumulate their own credit and improve the solvency.
