摘要
本文依据某高速公路改建工程,SMA-13路面施工工艺和质量控制与普通密级配沥青路面施工相比较有所不同,在精细化管理下,确保了SMA-13路面的工程质量,通过实验分析路面施工过程中原因,从地理特征,采用石灰岩代替传统的玄武岩进行施工。由于石灰岩的岩性和集料特征与玄武岩相比较差,采用以往的施工经验很难满足施工要求。鉴于此,本文通过对试验路面施工过程中混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压以及接缝等关键工序研究,提出了一整套以石灰岩为集料的SMA-13路面施工控制技术。
This paper on the basis of a highway reconstruction engineering,construction technology and quality control of SMA-13 pavement are different from the common asphalt pavement. In the fine management to ensure the quality of SMA-13 pavement,and based on the reason analysis of pavement construction,the limestone was used instead of the traditional basalt. Because of the lithology and aggregate characteristics of limestone are worse than that of basalt,it is difficult to meet the construction requirements by the previous construction experience. In view of this,through study of the road surface construction key process of mixing,transportation,paving,rolling and joint of mixture,put forward a set of construction control technology of limestone aggregate SMA-13 pavement.
