摘要
锚拉板构造是目前斜拉桥设计中运用较多的一种结构形式,主要由锚拉板、加劲板、锚管、锚垫板及连接板等零件组成。此类连接方式主要通过锚拉板与锚管之间的焊缝,将索力传递到锚拉板,再通过锚拉板与边主梁腹板对接焊缝将索力传递到钢主梁。本文以青海境内黄南地区的海黄大桥为依托,重点从锚拉板单元工厂制作、现场焊接等方面对高海拔寒区斜拉桥锚拉板制作工艺进行研究,总结出了一套行之有效的质量控制及焊接变形控制措施。经检测,锚拉板单元制作质量及焊缝质量均满足行业标准和设计要求,可为今后类似桥梁工程的设计及施工提供借鉴、指导。
The anchored pull plate construction is a kind of structural form used in the design of cable-stayed bridge. It is mainly composed of anchor pull plate,stiffening plate,anchor pipe,anchor plate and connecting plate. This type of connection mainly through the anchor plate and the anchor pipe between the weld,the cable force to the anchor plate,and then through the anchor plate and the side of the main beam web butt weld will be transmitted to the steel cable girder. Based on the Haihuang Bridge in the Huangnan area of Qinghai Province,this paper focuses on the production process of the anchorage plate of the cable-stayed bridge in the high-elevation cold area,from the production of the anchor plate unit and the field welding,and sums up a set of Effective quality control and welding deformation control measures. The testing results show that the quality and quality of the anchor pull plate unit meet the industry standards and design requirements,which can provide reference for future design and construction of similar bridge engineering.
