摘要 [目的]探索36%氰氟·毒死蜱(新巴瑞)对稻纵卷叶螟的作用特点、防治效果,明确不同发生条件下的使用技术和方法。[方法]在黄山市徽州区进行田间试验后取样调查计算。[结果]施药后7 d,36%新巴瑞悬浮剂2.25 L/hm^2处理,卵孵、2~3龄幼虫高峰2个时间段用药防治,杀虫效果分别为84.03%和95.81%,与对照药剂相当;施药后14 d防治效果分别为85.50%和96.42%,保叶效果分别为81.84%和64.90%。[结论]36%氰氟·毒死蜱对稻纵卷叶螟具有速效、高效、持效和使用灵活(卵孵至2~3高峰期皆可使用)等特点,可作为对鱼尼丁受体类杀虫剂产生抗性的地区首选稻纵卷叶螟防治药剂。 [Objective] The aim was to investigate the function characteristics and control effects of 36% cyano-fluoride · chlorpyrifos on the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, and to clarify the using technology and methods under different occutting conditions. [Methods] The sampling survey and calculation were done after the field survey which was conducted in Huizhou District of Huangshan City. [Result] The results showed that, using 36%, New Barry suspension agent 2.25 L/hm2 to control in the egg hatching period and 2-3rd instar larvae peak period, the insecticidal effeets were 84.03% and 95.81% at 7 days after application, respectively, and it was equivalent to the control agent; the control effects were 85.50% and 96.42% at 14 days after application respeclively, and the effects of leaf protection were 81.84% and 64.90% respectively. [Conclusion] 36% cyano-fluoride·chlorpyrifos had the advantages of quick effect, high efficiency, preserving effect and flexible use (could be used from the egg hatching period to the 2 ~3rd instar larvae peak period), which could be used as the preferred control agenls of the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in the area that had resistance to the ryanodine receptor insecticides.
