基于三维分形结构混合羽绒体的开发与性能研究

摘要 天然羽绒纤维因其独特的三维分形结构,多呈朵绒形态,在兼备优异保暖性能的同时,也造成了易于流动,稳定性极差的缺陷。通过采用多组分纤维混合的方式,利用蒲绒、驼绒和珍珠纤维(EPE),这三种纤维与羽绒纤维之间的钩结、锁定等作用方式,并复配ES纤维,在提高羽绒嫩稳定性的同时,也对其保暖性、抗毡化性的变化进行探讨。结果显示:在等权重的条件下,最佳方案是羽绒50%+驼绒40%+ES纤维10%;若在不等权重(稳定性40%,压缩回弹性40%,抗毡化性20%;排序分数为5分〉3分〉2分)条件下,最优的排序结果仍然是:驼绒(3.6分)〉EPE(3分)〉蒲绒(2.6分)。 The nature down always presents the form of a velvet flower for its unique struc- ture of 3D fraetal, which has the advantages of excellent warmth retention property. However. the down also has the shortcomings of easy flowing and poor stability performance. In the paper, the rushes, camel and EPE fibers were selected as the main mixtures to blend with the nature down, by the function of hook and lock. Meanwhile, ES fibers were also used as the subsidiary role in the experiment. In addition, the properties of warmth retention, stability and citing resis- tance were investigated. The results showed that the optimization scheme (E) was down 50%, camel 40% and ES fiber 10% in the equal condition. Meanwhile, the camel (3.6)〉 EPE (3)〉 rush(2.6), point was also the best plan in the condition of stability 40%, compression resilience 40%, felting resistance 20%, ranking score 5 〉 2 〉 3, points.
