一氧化氮对心血管疾病中血管平滑肌细胞的作用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 一氧化氮在心血管系统生理、病理中有重要作用。一氧化氮代谢异常与心血管疾病的发生、发展有密切联系。一氧化氮可由多种细胞生成释放,可以通过调节血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMC)的收缩、舒张功能,而影响血管张力,影响心血管疾病的发生发展。VSMC是一氧化氮发挥生物学效应的主要靶细胞,本文就一氧化氮对心血管疾病中VSMC的作用及研究现状进行综述。
