摘要
波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁是一种经济、高效、施工简便的新型钢-混凝土组合结构,目前在新建桥梁中已有较广泛的应用。以南照淮河公路大桥(65+98+65)m维修改造工程为背景,该桥原上部结构拆除重建,下部结构改造利用。对波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥和组合钢箱梁桥两种方案进行了综合比较,考虑到波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥施工便捷、受力性能合理、运营管理方便以及造价低等优势,建议上部结构更换为波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁。对新建上部波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥进行了有限元分析,结果表明该方案在不增加上部结构自重的前提下,上部新建波形钢腹板组合梁可以满足现状使用要求。
Pre-stressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel web is a new type of economical,efficient and convenient steel-concrete composite structure,which has already found wide applications in newly built bridges.During the reconstruction and maintenance of Nanzhao Huaihe river bridge(65 +98 +65) m,the original upper structure was removed and reconstructed,and the lower part of the bridge was renovated.After a comparative study of pre-stressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel web and composite steel box girder bridge,composite box girder with corrugated steel web was chosen to replace the upper structure considering its easy construction,good mechanical behavior,convenient management and low cost.A finite element model of the new corrugated steel composite box girder was built,which showed the plan of using box girder with corrugated steel web meets the project requirement without added weight.
