摘要 结合超长深水钻孔灌注桩静载测试实例,采用自平衡法单荷载箱技术进行试验,根据结果分析桩的承载性能、桩身轴力、桩端承载力等,并利用自平衡法检测结果验证基桩沉渣及垂直度控制方法的合理性。结果表明:桩的静载试验检测结果较好,有足够的承载力,超长桩施工过程沉渣清除彻底,桩垂直度控制良好,施工质量可靠。 Combining an example of static load test of super-long bored pile, the self-balancing load cell technology was used in the test.Based on the test results, the bearing properties and axial force of pile,and the bearing capacity of pile tip were analyzed.The method for controlling pile foundation sediment and verticality was verified by the self-balancing method.It was shown that the results of static load test of piles were good with enough bearing capacity, sediment cleared during super-long pile construction,verticality well controlled and construction quality ensured.
