京津冀区域制造业转移对接模式研究

Manufacturing Transfer and Connection Mode in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

在京津冀协同发展背景下,依据比较优势原则对其区域制造业转移对接模式进行研究,不仅能加快产业转移对接的步伐、实现资源的有效配置,还能促进产业创新,实现产业结构的优化与升级。以边际产业转移理论、竞争优势理论和产业生命周期理论为基础,首先通过地缘经济关系的测度,对京津冀区域制造业转移对接的条件进行分析;然后采用比较优势分析及数据包络分析方法,对制造业在各地区的相对优势做出评价;最后根据各产业自身特点并结合京、津、冀的区域功能定位,提出适合京津冀制造业转移对接模式选择的建议。

Against the background of integrated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the research on the manufacturing transfer and connection mode is based on the comparative advantage principle, which not only accelerates the transfer and connection pace of manufacturing for the implementation of efficient allocation of resources, hut also promotes the industrial innovation in order to optimize and up-grade the industrial structure. On the basis of marginal industry transfer theory, competitive advantage theory and industry life cycle theory, this paper firstly analyzes the condition of manufacturing transfer and connection in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region through the measure of geo- economical relationship; secondly, the paper evaluates the comparative advantage of manufacturing in different regions via comparative advantage analysis and data envelope analysis; finally, the paper proposes the manufacturing transfer and connection mode in the region with the consideration of industrial characteristics and the regional function.
