淬火温度对6082铝合金泵体性能及焊缝质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了淬火温度对6082铝合金泵体性能及焊缝质量的影响。结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高焊缝处晶粒体积逐渐变大,合金的力学性能逐渐提高。淬火温度高于550℃时焊缝质量变差,力学性能基本保持不变。但淬火温度高于570℃力学性能略微下降。最佳淬火温度在520℃-530℃之间。 The effect of quenching temperature on mechanical properties and welding seam quality of 6082 aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the grain size becomes larger and the mechanical properties of the alloy increase gradually. When the quenching temperature is higher than 550℃, the weld quality becomes worse, and the mechanical properties remain unchanged. But When the quenching temperature is higher than 570℃, mechanical properties decreased slightly. The optimum quenching temperature is between 520℃ and 530℃.
