分析热处理工艺对17-4PH不锈钢强度和组织的影响 被引量:8

摘要 17-4PH不锈钢,可以通过不同工艺对其进行热处理,在热处理之后,钢材显微组织、力学性能以及冲击断口都需要加以观察、分析,进而研究热处理工艺对17-4PH不锈钢力学性能产生的影响。结果表明,固溶处理后在480℃~650℃范围时效,随着时效温度的提高,强度下降,塑性、韧性提高,但在固溶处理和480℃时效处理之间增加810℃调整处理,就可获得良好的综合性能。没有经过调整处理的材料,随着时效温度的升高,其强度下降,塑、韧性提高,冲击断口均为典型的准解理脆性断裂。强度和温度之间成反比。以当前热处理工艺、17-4PH不锈钢力学性能为基础,结合近年来的工作经验,对热处理工艺会对17-4PH不锈钢力学性能产生的影响加以分析。 17-4PH stainless steel, can be heat treated by different processes, after heat treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel and the impact fracture need to be observed and analyzed, and study the impact of heat treatment on mechanical properties of 17-4PH stainless steel. The results show that after solution treatment at 480 DEG to 650 DEG C aging, with the increase of aging temperature, the decrease of strength and ductility, toughness increased, but increased 810 degrees adjustment between 480 DEG C solid solution treatment and aging treatment, can obtain good comprehensive properties. With no adjustment processing materials, with the increase of aging temperature, the decrease of strength and improve the plasticity and toughness, impact fracture to quasi cleavage brittle fracture. Intensity is inversely proportional to temperature. Based on the heat treatment process and the mechanical properties of 17-4PH stainless steel, combined with the work experience in recent years, the effect of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of 17- 4PH stainless steel was analyzed.
