摘要
K型热电偶作为一种价格低廉,构造简易,温度测试范围广的测温元件,被广泛使用于工业现场温度参数采集中,在此基础上引入ADAM模块可以为温度参数的现场采集提供便利,实现现场温度参数的远程控制。本文对基于热电偶的现场温度参数采集方法进行了研究,结果表明,采用K型热电偶并在测温系统中引入ADAM模块,可以提高温度采集的精度,在工业生产现场温度采集领域中可以得到广泛应用。
K type thermocouple as a kind of low cost,simple structure,wide scope of temperature test of temperature measuring element,is widely used in industrial field temperature parameter acquisition,on the basis of introducing the ADAM module can provide convenience for temperature parameters of site acquisition,site temperature parameters of the remote control.In this paper,the field temperature parameter acquisition method based on the thermocouple was studied,the results show that using the K type thermocouple and ADAM module,introduced in the temperature measurement system,can improve the precision of temperature collection,in the field of industrial production field temperature acquisition can be widely used.
