摘要
X射线荧光光谱分析法是利用原级X射线光子或其他微观粒子激发待测物质中的原子,使之产生荧光(次级X射线)而进行物质成分分析和化学态研究的方法,在成分分析方面,X射线荧光光谱分析法是现代常规分析中的一种重要方法。本文主要对X射线荧光光谱分析法的特点、原理等方面进行分析研究,同时也对该方法的应用范围及其前景的优越性进行了探讨。
X ray fluorescence spectrometry is excited atoms in the substance to be measured by using the original X ray photons or other micro particles to produce fluorescence (secondary X ray) method of material scomposition analysis and Research on the chemical state, component analysis, X ray fluorescence spectrum analysis method is an important method in modern conventional analysis. In this paper, the characteristics and principles of X ray fluorescence spectrometry are analyzed, and the application scope and the advantages of the method are also discussed.
