煤气发生炉的操作和节能探讨

摘要 煤气发生炉按照类型来进行划分,主要可以分为单段式发生炉与两段式发生炉,在使用的过程中不仅存在着典型的优势,也存在着一些当今技术所无法解决的弊端。因此,务必要采取科学有效的措施,对煤气发生炉使用过程中的安全操作准则进行分析与介绍。此外,本文还针对煤气发生炉的节能问题,从炉型的选择、煤种的选择以及饱和气温度的确定等几个方面,对煤气发生炉使用过程中的节能环保问题展开了探索与讨论。 According to the type of division of gas furnace, which can be divided into single segment and two segment type furnace furnace, in the process of using not only the existence of typical advantages, there are also some problems which cannot be solved in today's technology. Therefore, it is necessary to take scientific and effective measures to analyze and introduce the safety operation rules in the process of using gas producer. In addition, aiming at the problems of energy-saving gas furnace, furnace from the type selection, choice of coal and the saturation temperature determination and so on several aspects, explored and discussed the skills of environmental problems in the process of using gas furnace.
