The ultimate goal of China＇ s college entrance examination and enrollment system reform is to build a modern examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics. To achieve the goal, we must be aware that promoting fairness and scientifically selecting the talent are at the heart of the college entrance examination and enrolhnent system. In the meantime, the law of talent growth should be carefully considered when designing the new system, and efforts should be made to improve the system from the perspective of building a modern social governance system.
