摘要
幼儿园教师在幼儿园课程建设中有着举足轻重的作用。幼儿园能否有效促进教师参与幼儿园课程建设直接关系到幼儿园课程的质量。研究者认为,幼儿园可从文化氛围的营造、内部管理制度的完善以及教师专业实践能力的提升等方面着手,切实支持教师成为幼儿园课程建设的主力军,有效参与幼儿园课程建设。
Kindergarten teachers play a significant role in curriculum development. Whether kindergarten can promote efficiently teachers' participation in it would affect the quality of kindergarten curriculum. The researcher believes kindergarten should view teachers as the main force in developing curriculum and encourage them to participate from three aspects: creating the cultural atmosphere, improving administration system and increasing teachers' professional ability.
