针对某煤液化工艺中的加热炉炉管结焦问题,总结经验,改进清焦工艺,通过Pig球机械清焦和Rotofan旋管器清焦配合使用,有效且快速地清理出加热炉炉管结焦物,提高了直接液化加热炉炉管的清焦效率,为生产装置的长期稳定运行提供可靠保障。

In this paper,in order to solve the problem of coking in the furnace of a coal liquefaction process,the experience is improved,and the technology of coke cleaning is further improved and the coke cleaning process is improved. The ball coke machine and the Rotofan are used to clean the coke effectively and quickly. The heating furnace tube coke material,greatly improving the direct liquefaction furnace tube coke efficiency,for the production of long-term stable operation of the device to provide reliable protection.
