摘要
环境胁迫是阻止植物生长和发育的关键性因素。类钙调磷酸酶B亚基蛋白CBLs与其互作蛋白激酶CIPKs组成的CBL-CIPK信号系统是一种基本的钙感受器,在感知不利的环境条件时起到重要的作用。近几年,CBL-CIPK复合体的研究主要集中于逆境条件下其如何调控下游靶点,例如:离子通道和转运蛋白。文章主要对CBL和CIPK家族的结构特征、CBL-CIPK复合体抵御环境胁迫和植物激素应答的研究进展进行了综述,并对未来CBL-CIPK信号系统研究的重要方向做出了展望。
Environmental stress is a key factor to prevent plant growth and development. CBL-CIPK signaling system which is composed of calcineurin B-like proteins (CBLs) and its interaction with protein kinases (CIPKs), is a basic calcium sensor, which plays a significant role in the perception of adverse environmental conditions. Recent studies on the CBL-CIPK complex have focused on how to regulate the downstream targets (ion channels or transporters) in adverse conditions. This review summarized the characteristic of CBL and CIPK families, research progress of CBL-CIPK complex in resisting environmental stress, and studies on plant hormone response. In addition, the future directions of research on CBL-CIPK signaling system are discussed.
