摘要
水稻对稻瘟病抗性包括基础抗性和主效基因抗性。基础抗性表现中等抗性水平,但具有广谱持久的特点。近年来,随着PTI-ETI理论框架的建立和植物分子遗传学、基因组学的发展,稻瘟病基础抗性机制研究取得了许多重要进展。发掘并利用基础抗性基因资源,已成为人们培育广谱持久抗病水稻品种的一种共识。本文综述了水稻抗稻瘟病基础抗性机制,尤其是水稻抗稻瘟病PTI机制,水稻抗稻瘟病基础抗性基因/QTLs鉴定、克隆和应用等方面研究的进展,同时探讨了未来值得重点关注的研究方向。
Rice has two layers of resistance to blast,including basal resistance and R gene-mediated resistance.Basal resistance usually has only an intermediate defense effect,but confers broad-spectrum and durable resistance.With the foundation of the PTI-ETI model and the development of plant molecular genetics and genomics,many important progresses on molecular mechanism of rice basal resistance to blast have been made in recent years.Identifying and using genes conferring basal resistance against blast has now become an effective approach for breeding rice varieties with broad-spectrum and durable resistance.This article reviews research progress on mechanism of rice basal resistance to blast disease,especially focuses on PTI mechanism,and identification,cloning and utilization of basal resistance genes/QTLs in rice.Important future directions in researches on rice basal resistance to blast were also discussed.
