活血化瘀方药联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of “Huoxue huayu decoction” combined with dexamethasone on patients with sudden deafness

目的探讨活血化瘀方药联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选取本院五官科2011年3月~2012年3月接收的50例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为试验组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),对照组单纯给予地塞米松治疗,试验组则在用地塞米松治疗的基础上加用活血化瘀方药,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的听力起效时间、耳鸣起效时间、眩晕起效时间均少于对照组[(2.78±1.25)vs(4.02±2.24)、(1.98±1.67)vs(3.67±1.87)、(1.57±1.17)vs(2.34±1.44),(P<0.05)],差异有统计学意义;试验组患者听力治疗的显效率高于对照组患者(88.00%vs 60.00%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;实验组患者在治疗过程中不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者(12.00%vs 48.00%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论活血化瘀方药联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋效果明显,能显著提高患者的听力水平,且不良反应轻,安全性较好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of ＂huoxue huayu decoction＂ combined with dexamethasone in patients with sudden deafness. Methods Fifty cases of patients with sudden deafness in our hospital＇s Eye and Ear Department from March 2011 -March 2012 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group （n=25） and a control group （n=25）. The experimental group of patients was given ＂huoxue huayu decoction＂combined with dexamethasone,while the control group was given dexamethasone alone. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Hearing onset time （2.78 ± 1.25）, tinnitus onset time （1.98 ± 167）and vertigo onset time （1.57 ± 1.17） were lower in the experimental group than in the control group （4.02 ± 2.24）, （3.67 ± 1.87） and （2.34 ± 1.44）,respectively, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;The effective rate of hearing therapy in the experimental group （88%） was higher than that in the control group （60%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group （12%） was lower than that in the control group （48%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ＂huoxue huayu decoction＂combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness is obvious：the combination can significantly improve the hearing level of patients,adverse reactions are light,and the combination is safe.
