摘要
简述了一种使用免维护轴承的齿轨轮组。针对采煤机齿轨轮轴承在井下维护困难,设计了一种使用免维护轴承的齿轨轮组,通过这种免维护轴承的齿轨轮组在采煤机上应用,减少了煤矿工人的劳动强度,提高了齿轨轮轴承的使用寿命,降低了采煤机的生产成本。
Currently, rail gear system bearings are difficult to maintain during the mining operation. To solve this, a new type of rail gear system bearing which contains maintenance-free bearing is designed. Through the application of such design, both the difficul- ties and the cost of rail gear system bearings maintenance are reduced, it could also increase the service life of rail gear system bear-ings.
