细河水环境污染现状、成因与对策研究

通过对细河基本情况的描述和对污染成因的分析,找到造成其污染现状的根源所在。提出了细河水环境质量改善的对策和具有针对性的治理措施,不仅对治理细河水环境污染、消除黑臭水体具有现实意义,更对其他城市特别是北方城市黑臭水体治理具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。

In this paper, on the basis of description of the basic situation of Xihe River and cause analysis of the pollution, the root causes for the current pollution status is found out. Then, countermeasures for improving the water environmental quality of Xihe River and targeted control measures are proposed, with practical significance for treatment and control of water environment pollution of Xihe River and elimination of black and smelly waterbody, providing reference for other cities, especially the northern cities, to control the black and smelly water body.
