摘要
泰拉霉素是一种动物专用的大环内酯类抗生素,主要应用于防治猪和牛的呼吸系统疾病。泰拉霉素具有抗菌活性强、抗菌谱广、吸收迅速、生物利用度高、消除半衰期超长、药效持久、单次给药即可完成整个治疗过程等优点。为了促进泰拉霉素的合理应用、研制和开发,通过对其合成方法、作用机理、抗菌活性、检测方法、药代动力学、药效学、生物安全性和残留等相关研究进展进行综述。
Tulathromycin is a vaternary macrocyclic antibiotic, which is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in pigs and cows. Tulathromycin has the advantages of strong antibacterial activity, broad spectrum, rapid absorption rate, high bioavailability, long elimination half-life, lasting effects, and a single administration is enough for a full-course therapy. In order to promote reasonable application and invention of tulathromyein, in this paper, we reviewed the relevant works on the subjects of synthesis method, mechanism of action, antibacterial activities, detection method, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, biological safety and residual.
