摘要
电力机车充电机模块是机车辅助变流系统中一个重要的组成模块单元。800 V等级充电机模块IGBT电压等级为l 700 V,开关频率高,对IGBT功能和温升有很大影响,因此,对单只IGBT和双管并联IGBT进行了功率损托及温升计算、仿真及实验,并将研究成果引用到充电机功率模块中。
