摘要 介绍变频技术的原理及作用,分析我国变频技术的发展现状,并结合实际工作经验,探讨变频节能技术在采煤机、皮带运输机、刮板输送机、通风设备等采煤设备中的应用,分析和展望变频节能技术在井下采煤系统的应用前景。变频节能技术在井下采煤系统的应用对节能降耗、提升效益起着重要的作用。 This paper introduces the principle and function of frequency conversion technology, and the development status of the frequency conversion technology in China is discussed. Combined with practical experience, the technology of frequency conversion in coal mining machine, belt conveyor, scraper conveyor, application of ventilation equipment in coal mining equipment were introduced in detail, and the technology of frequency conversion is analyzed and the foreground of application in underground coal mining system. Energy conversion technologies for energy saving energy in underground coal mining system, improve efficiency plays an important role.
