电针配合耳穴压豆预防腹股沟疝术后便秘的疗效分析

Clinical Research of Electroacupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Plaster Prevention of Constipation after Inguinal Hernia Surgery

目的:观察电针配合耳穴压豆预防腹股沟疝术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将78例腹股沟疝术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例,两组患者均给予术后常规处置,治疗组在此基础之上给予电针配合耳穴压豆治疗,治疗时间均为5天。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为97.44%,对照组总有效率82.05%,治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后首次排便时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者排软便例数、排便畅快感例数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合耳穴压豆能预防腹股沟疝术后患者便秘的发生,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular point plaster prevention of constipation after inguinal hernia surgery. Methods ：78 cases conforming to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. In both groups patients were given basic treatment. Moreover, the treatment group was treated by electroacupuncture and auricular point plaster. Both groups were treated for 5 days. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.44%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.05%. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The first defecation time in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The number of soft stool and the number of defecation pleasure in the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control grouo （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion, Electroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy can prevent constipation in patients with inguinal hernia after surgery and can relieve the pain of patients.
