针灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究特点分析

Literature Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨针灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床特点。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI,2008—2016年)、万方数据库(2008—2016年)、Pub Med(2008—2016年),检索词为"肠易激综合征"及"针灸治疗",检索针灸治疗肠易激综合征的文献,分析总结针灸治疗该病的腧穴、归经、干预措施、辨证特点。结果:纳入的53篇文献中,针灸治疗肠易激综合征的文献常取天枢、足三里、上巨虚、三阴交、中脘、太冲、大肠俞等穴位;针灸方法最常用的是针刺疗法,亦常配合艾灸;常用特定穴为背俞穴、五输穴、募穴等;辨证治疗较少,其中常用分型为脾肾阳虚、肝脾不和、脾胃虚弱等。结论:针灸治疗肠易激综合征常选用足阳明胃经以及特定穴位,辨证分型治疗较少,常用操作方法为针刺配合灸法。

Objective： To explore the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for irritable bowel syndrome. Methods：Search the literature related to irritable bowel syndrome treated by acu- puncture and moxibustion from CNKI （2008 - 2016）, WFPD （2008 - 2016）, PUBMED （2008 - 2016）, and then analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of acupiont selection, channel and collateral meridians,acupuncture methods and syndrome differentiation. Results：Of the included 53 articles, the main selected acu- points were Tianshu （ ST25 ）, Zusanli （ST36）, Shangjuxu （ST37）, Zh^ngwan （ CV12 ）, Dachangshu （ BL25 ） ; acupuncture was the most commonly used treatment and always compared with moxibustion. Back - shu points, Five - shu points and Front - mu pionts were the most commonly specific points. The syndrome differentiation of irritable bowel syndrome was rarely used in the 53 articles. Liver - spleen disharmony, Yang deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of spleen and stomach were the main types. Conclusion： Meridian of Foot - Yangming and specific points were the most commonly used meridian and points. The syndrome differentiation of irritable bowel syndrome was rarely used. Acupuncture and moxibustion were the main methods.
