摘要
2016年全球最大的"黑天鹅"事件就是特朗普当选美国总统,特别是其正式签署退出TPP后,对东亚已经或正在谈判的双边或多边自贸协定都将产生重要影响。由于东亚区域经济合作发展进程一直受到各国的关注,特朗普当选后的政策走向必然对东亚区域经济合作产生影响。因此,我们需要认真分析特朗普的政策走向,看清形势,把握机遇,采取对策应对可能面临的挑战。
The world's biggest black swan event in 2016 was that Donald Trump was elected as the President of the United States.Especially,the fact that President Trump signed executive order withdrawing TPP will have an important impact on bilateral and multilateral FTAs in East Asia which have been or are being negotiated.Since the development of East Asian regional economic cooperation has been the concern of all countries,it will be inevitably influenced by President Trump's Policy.Therefore,we need to seriously analyze the prospects of Trump's policy,in order to seize the opportunities and take measures to deal with the potential challenges.
