二甲戊灵悬浮剂除草效果及对姜安全性测定

Activity and Selectivity of Pendimethalin to Zingiber officinale

为了探讨二甲戊灵土壤处理防除姜田杂草的可行性,采用温室盆栽法及田间小区试验测定其除草效果及安全性。室内测定20%二甲戊灵悬浮剂的选择性系数为7.48,对姜安全;田间小区试验表明,二甲戊灵悬浮剂对反枝苋、稗草等杂草防效较好,施药后40 d株防效为94.75%-99.85%,鲜质量抑制率为96.47%-99.90%;测产结果表明,增产效果明显。总体可见,二甲戊灵防治姜田杂草具有防效高、杀草谱广、安全性好等作用特点。

To determine the feasibility of using pendimethalin to control weeds in ginger( Zingiber officinale) field,greenhouse pot and field plot experiments were conducted to assess its herbicidal activity and selectivity. Pendimethalin( 20% SC) was safe to ginger with a selectivity coefficient 7. 8. Pendimethalin effectively controlled Amaranthus retroflexus and Echinochloa crus-galli,with 94. 8% ~ 99. 8% plant density reduction and 96. 5% ~ 99. 9% fresh weight inhibition after 40 days; the effect on yield was also apparent. Pendimethalin was highly effective,exhibited a broad spectrum of weed control and good selectivity to ginger.
