摘要
针对某烟草机械用齿轮齿条式分度凸轮机构,通过解析法建立了共轭凸轮廓线方程,利用Catia建立了齿轮齿条式分度凸轮机构虚拟样机,基于多体动力学软件Recurdyn建立了该机构运动仿真分析模型,通过仿真分析了齿轮齿条式分度凸轮机构的运动特性,为齿轮齿条式分度凸轮机构结构设计与仿真分析提供了依据。
In view of the gear-rack typed indexing cam mechanism for tobacco machine,this paper establishes a conjugate cam profile equation by analytical method,establishes a virtual prototype by Catiah and establishes a mechanism motion simulation analysis model based on multi-body dynamics software Recurdyn. The motion characteristics of gear-rack typed indexing cam mechanism are analyzed by simulation,which provides a basis for the structure design and simulation analysis of gear-rack indexing cam mechanism.
