Collaborative Interaction between Discipline Construction and Innovative Talents Training

学科建设是我国实现世界一流高水平大学建设的关键路径,创新人才培养是学科建设和人才战略的核心任务。相比之下,我国学科建设和创新人才培养还有很多需要进一步完善的地方。通过分析我国学科建设与创新人才培养的相关性,对学科建设和创新人才培养的困境进行深入挖掘,最终提出创新人才培养和学科建设的协同互动机制。

Discipline construction is the key path to achieve the construction of world-class universities with high-level. Innovative talents training is the core task of discipline construction and talent strategy. By comparison,there are many aspects need improving in innovative talents training and discipline construction. By analyzing the correlation of discipline construction and innovative talents training in our country,the research explores deeply on the plight of discipline construction and innovative talents training and puts forward the collaborative interaction mechanism between innovative talents training and discipline construction.
