摘要
将纳米Al_2O_3添加到粘土中制作陶粒,考察烧结温度、烧结时间及纳米Al_2O_3含量对陶粒比表面积和内部孔径变化的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的上升,无论是添加0 g或2 g纳米Al_2O_3,两种类型陶粒比表面积均呈下降趋势,但后者对陶粒孔径大小影响不大;随着烧结时间的延长,两种类型陶粒比表面积和孔径均出现波动变化,后者比前者对陶粒比表面积和孔径大小影响明显;随着纳米Al_2O_3含量增加,在相同预热和烧结温度与时间下,陶粒比表面积逐渐增大,且20 nm以下孔径增多。
The effect of sintering temperature,sintering time and different nanometer Al2O3 content on the specific surface area and pore size of the ceramic particles was investigated by adding nanometer Al2O3 into clay. The results show that with sintering temperature rising,whether it is to add the 0 g or 2 g nanometer Al2O3,two types of ceramsite specific surface area was decreased,but the latter of ceramsite pore size had little effect; with prolonging of sintering time,two types of ceramsite specific surface area and pore size were fluctuation,the latter than the former of ceramsite specific surface area and pore size effected obviously; with the increase of Al2O3 content,under the same preheating and sintering temperature and time,ceramsite specific surface area increased gradually and the pore size became more below 20 nm.
