以山梨酸为络合剂LiFePO_4/C正极材料制备及电化学性能研究

摘要 以H_3PO_4、FeSO_4·H_2O、LiOH·H_2O为原料,乙二醇为溶剂,山梨酸为络合剂,采用溶剂热法合成了LiFePO_4/C正极材料,并研究了120,140,160℃合成温度对形貌及电化学性能影响。样品通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明,合成的正极材料均为纯相橄榄石结构,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,样品为片状组装成哑铃型组装体,恒电流充放电测试在0.1 C下,140℃首次充放电库伦效率达到了99.8%。 LiFePO4/C cathode materials were prepared by solvothermal with raw materials of H3PO4,FeSO4·H2O,LiOH·H2O,solvent of ethanediol and complex agent of sorbic acid. Effect different temperature on the structures and electricity properties of LiFePO4/C were studied. The materials of LiFePO4/C were tested by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and charge-discharge and the result indicated that they are pure phase olivine structure,dumbbell-assembly,high first charge-discharge efficiency at0. 1 C. The first charge-discharge coulomb efficiency up to 99. 8%,at 140 ℃.
