Research on the construction mode of emergency surgery and talent strategy in Shandong province

通过调研山东省急诊外科及人才建设现状,提出建立急诊大创伤外科及一体化创伤救治模式,设置急诊外科专业,培养"多能一专"的优秀急诊外科人才,制定急诊外科医生职称晋升制度。

By investigating and analyzing the provincial situation on emergency surgery and personnel train -ing of Shandong ,we propose that it is necessary to establish emergency trauma surgery and integrated trauma treat -ment mode .And it is urgent to set up the emergency-surgery career in order to train more better surgical emergency specialists,who are also versatile in other surgical fields .Meanwhile,it is useful to formulate career promotion sys-tem for emergency surgeons by the government .
