阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种进展性的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,表现为认知障碍、伴随精神行为异常和日常生活能力下降,在流行病学、临床表现、预防治疗等方面存在性别差异。主要与年龄、生理学性别和社会学性别有关,详尽了解各个因素以及相互作用对认知的影响,有利于AD研究的深入并进行个体化的诊疗。

Alzheimer’s disease （AD） is a ptogerssive neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system which shows the performance fo cognitive impairment and be accompanied by mental and behavioral abnormalities and the ability to decline in daily life.Disproportionately affects women and men in prevalence, severity, subtypes, preventionand treatments. Age, sex and gender are the predominant risk factors for the difference. Researching these risk factors and their compli-cated influences on cognition will help to find effective prevention and treatment methods for AD by sex.
