随着"互联网+"浪潮的兴起,春雨医生、丁香园等互联网公司也都转而布局"O2O"诊所,然而互联网诊所面临法规、政策与运营发展的多重困境,创新之路举步维艰。文中旨在厘清互联网诊所基本内涵,探讨其运营发展困境,借鉴国内外先进经验与做法,并针对性地提出完善对策。

With the rise of ＂Internet＋＂ wave, the Internet medical companies such as Ding Xiang Yuan, Spring Rain Doc-tors have switched to the ＂ 020＂ clinic. However, facing multiple dilemmas of regulations, policies and operational development, the innovative process of Internet clinics is difficult. This paper aims to clarify the basic connotation of Internet clinic, and to explore its plight of operational development, as well as drawing lessons from the domestic and international advanced experience, and put forward perfect countermeasure.
