为拓展医院对基层部队医疗保障服务,依托军事综合信息网络进行远程病案信息查询系统的构建与研发,以满足上级机关与基层单位实时掌握住院官兵医疗信息和健康状态的需求。文章主要针对远程病案信息查询系统建设过程的用户需求、设计原则、功能模块、存在问题与应用效果等方面进行阐述。

To expand the hospital provision health care services to grassroots,the remote medical record information of inte-grated query system based on the military integrated information network platform is constructed and developed,which can meet the needs of higher authorities and grassroots to grasp the medical information and health status of hospitalized soldiers and officials in real time.The purpose of this article is to illustrate the user demand, designing principles function modules,existing problems and applica-tion effect during the system construction.
